How should I maintain and clean my luxury carpet?

We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar for delicate fibers. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. We strongly advise professional cleaning every 12-18 months by a specialist familiar with high-end wool and silk.

Can I order samples before making a full purchase?

What is your return policy for floor coverings?
