Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated concierge team or your account manager to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm item eligibility.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure the rug or carpet is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in its original protective wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your RMA is issued, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup from your residence or project site at a time that fits your schedule.
Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival at our warehouse, our specialists will inspect the item, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
